Traveling through for work looking for a cheap rate. Rate was awesome room was upgraded to a suite for me and same price and the front desk lady Meera was amazing!! Thank you Meera I’ll be back if I’m ever in the area!!

Was a little nervous but it turned out great. Front desk was helpful and polite, room was clean, they have waffles, oatmeal, yogurt type concierge type breakfast well stocked and good. This is a microtel, the price was great, service was good, and we enjoyed our stay.
Looks likes the reviews vary, it depends when you go most likely. Had a medical emergency while there. Staff was very helpful, i lost some of my property and they recovered everything including expensive items. Checked in on a Saturday night it was very quiet, room was perfectly clean and the other family i saw there seemed satisfied with everything as well.
This rating considers value for the money. The place isn’t as fresh as other chain hotels but it’s also about half the price. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were no crazy noises from the ac or the refrigerator. It was fine and I’d definitely stay there again.
After reading some posts about this place, I was expecting a chalk outline on the floor and worse. I'm glad it wasn't the case. The bathroom was clean, sheets were fresh, and the room was clean. Did it show some wear? Yes. But it was a good room. And people complaining about the free breakfast. Look, if you don't like the simple stuff, there's a McDonald's right across the street, a Burger King just up the road, a few more minutes and you can be at Bob Evans or Dunkin Donuts. And you can get stuff delivered via DoorDash. The staff was nice and I have no complaints about them. If I have to stay in Dayton again, I'll gladly get a room here again.
